Upcoming Changes at Aussie Green Thumb

Nathan Schwartz here, the AGT team hasn’t touched base in awhile and we are sorry about that. I just wanted to reach out and give you an update on what has been going on behind the scenes and what is coming.

YouTube

After some convincing from my fellow Team members I have started to do YouTube live videos where I am going through what I am growing in my garden and how.

Most of my veggies and herbs are grown in hydroponic towers which I get really fast results from, and I have just built some raised garden beds and planted my seeds and seedlings there last weekend.

(PS, my first live the sound is woeful, I will be using a microphone from now on 😊)

Gary and Maisie are working on videos as well. They are camera shy and took some convincing to do the voice overs on our informational videos which you will start seeing on our channel.

New Shop

I have been in talks with gardening suppliers and manufacturers, and we are launching our own shop. Hopefully it will be live next week, we are just working out the finer details. Our first products will be Mr Stacky’s grow towers.

After my results I am very excited to be able to provide their products, and when you purchase through us you get extra nutrients with your order. All the details will be on the store over the next week or so, and I’ll send out another email when it’s live.

Membership

Still working out the logistics of how it will all work, but we are working on a membership platform where there will be a forum to chat directly with Maisie, Lorri, Gary and myself. As well as all our members who have such a wealth of knowledge which as a community, we can all grow and learn together.

Also, after many requests from you for PDF downloads there will be a library where you can download and print our growing guides to have them on hand out in the garden.

Newsletters

I will be (trying) to send out a fortnightly newsletter of tasks to do such as planting, pruning, composting etc, for the given time. Our most recent growing guides and any specials on products.
